Computer Requirements

eGetgoing sends every client a package that contains all of the hardware and software necessary for program set up. The package includes:

	A setup CD-Rom containing proprietary software
	Content CD-Roms that contain all of the slides and videos the counselor will use during group sessions
	A headset/microphone to allow clients to communicate during group
	A "quick reference" instruction card
	Details about how to contact eGetgoing to complete the set up process

Each client schedules a one-on-one "techincal check" with an eGetgoing support representative. This check will help to identify and resolve any issues with your computer prior to the first group session. The tech check process includes:

	testing each client's connection to our system
	testing video playback
	testing audio quality
	troubleshooting any problems that arise

After completing the technical check, clients are ready to participate in their first group session.
