CODA

Overview
Co-Dependents Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The CoDA program is based on the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous, but CoDA is not affiliated with A.A. or with any sect, denomination, organization, or institution.

CoDA members are men and women of all ages and from many different social, economic, cultural, and religious backgrounds. Many CoDA members use the Twelve Steps of recovery as a guideline for achieving recovery over personal problems of co-dependence. Members attend meetings where they support and share with each other while learning to develop healthy relationships.
